WE WISH YOU GOOD HEALTH

With the current crisis about flu going on, I thought I would share with you 15-20 years of my "healthy" experience on this planet... well, what has always worked...for me, anyway... PLUS I just saw a lot of this on GOOD MORNING AMERICA and they were saying the same things (that I already knew.)

TO STAY HEALTHY:

WASH YOUR HANDS CONSTANTLY (you cannot wash your hands too often!)
Buy small hand sanitizers and keep them: in the car, the purse, the pocket...
SPRAY LYSOL ON YOUR PHONES AND DOORKNOBS AND KEYBOARDS!
At the home AND the workplace.
In public restrooms, use the towel you dry your hands with to open the door when you leave so those bad germs don't jump back on you!

EAT "PLENTY" OF:

Salmon (lots of omega 3 fatty acids)
Dairy (milk and yogurt) except if you are already sick and have "mucus"
Nuts - Walnuts, Almonds and Brazil Nuts
Onions - and chili peppers (if you can).
Garlic (whenever possible!), raw, cooked, WHATEVER (just not powdered or dry)..
and
Of course - tons and tons of fresh fruits & veges and fresh O.J. and - you're probably sick of hearing this - water!

It's best to always get your vitamins and minerals and amino acids through FOOD (not supplements) whenever possible.

IF YOU GET "IT" ANYWAY (OR ARE ALREADY SICK):

Drink Wheatgrass juice (hold your nose if you must, just drink it!)
At least one ounce (NO more than two ounces), once a day - if you can (I don't "relish" it, but I drink it anyway).
You can get it in most health food stores with juice bar - This is also good once a week for prevention...
Eat GARLIC (2 cloves a day, RAW if possible, or cooked, if you must)
Take Echinacea & Goldenseal (homeopathic drops work best as apposed to pills).
Take BLACK ELDERBERRY (concentrate is the best, also tea)
Drink lots of Teas (flushing teas & ginseng)
AND something called KOMBUCHA…

Other "medicines" to lesson symptoms that seem to work and I'm sure everyone's familiar with these:
THERAFLU, TAMIFLU & RELENZA

TAKE A SAUNA! or JACUZZI! Great for flushing toxins.

LASTLY and MOST IMPORTANTLY:

Go to the health food store and get (always keep on hand) :

Oscillococcinum (I can't even pronounce it, hope I spelled it right)
AT THE FIRST SIGN OF aches & pains or headache, IF you THINK you are getting "IT"
TAKE this (you put it under your tongue and it dissolves).
Take another "dose" as directed (about 6 hours later). And try to take at least 2-3 doses.
BUT TAKE IT AT THE VERY FIRST SIGN OF SYMPTOMS or don't bother!

PLUS (here's the secret weapon/potion)

Mix BLACK ELDERBERRY concentrate (about a teaspoon)
AND Maitake Mushroom (D FRACTION) extract (homeopathic drops) take according to directions (I think it's about 8-12 drops).. http://maitake.com
you can put the Echinacea/Golden Seal drops into this potion too.
Mix with water or juice and bottoms up!
Try to take at LEAST three doses of this concoction during the first day or two or three of the symptoms.
